Lunar is a decorative water-based acrylic finish with a matt and pearly materic effect. The product is characterized by low dirt retention and high mechanical and washing resistance, allowing the finishing to be maintained over time. It can be reproduced in a wide chromatic range such as to obtain light, luminous and intense colors that give the walls refined and elegant effects.

Lunar is a decorative water-based acrylic finish with a matt and pearly materic effect. The product is characterized by low dirt retention and high mechanical and washing resistance, allowing the finishing to be maintained over time. It can be reproduced in a wide chromatic range such as to obtain light, luminous and intense colors that give the walls refined and elegant effects.

Lunar is ideal for decorating interior walls such as plaster and smooth surfaces with stucco finishing of civil and commercial buildings, where both classic and modern environments are to be enhanced with a patinated materic effect. In order to obtain a brushed effect, it is advisable to apply the materic effect finish with crossed brushes and a spalter brush, in order to distribute the product evenly, avoiding evident squaring. If you want to reach an even more homogeneous effect, it is advisable to apply a second coat so as to make the color more intense and compact.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Make sure that the substrates are uniform, perfectly clean and dry. If the paints and primers applied previously are not yet well adhering to the surface, it is advisable to remove any traces of non-adherent and chalking water-based paint from the substrate by scraping and then level the surface with a suitable putty. After waiting for perfect drying, sand the substrate and apply a coat of an acrylic fixative suitable for interiors.
PRIMER PREPARATION
After pre-treatment, apply a suitable water-based acrylic primer or the highly washable Mercury paint, in order to fully cover the substrate and make it suitable for the application of the decorative finish.
